How it all started

The Loft Clinic was established by Ben Bridger, founder of London Family Chiropractic, which now operates from within the clinic. After many years of clinical practice, Ben recognised the need for a more cohesive and nurturing healthcare environment, one that could bring together diverse therapies under one roof to support the whole person. This vision led to the creation of The Loft Clinic: a calm, welcoming space dedicated to holistic, integrated health and wellbeing.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Ben has brought together a team of highly qualified practitioners who share a commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centred care.
