The Loft Clinic offers chiropractic, osteopathy, integrated healthcare, buccal massage, cosmetic acupuncture, massage therapy, TRE (Tension, Trauma and Release), and Mummy MOT services. Treatments are provided by qualified practitioners registered with relevant professional bodies.
3. Appointments and Booking
Appointments can be made via our website enquiry form, email, or phone.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking.
Clients must provide accurate personal, medical, and insurance information when booking.
We may refuse or reschedule appointments at our discretion for safety or availability reasons.
4. Fees and Payment
Treatment fees are provided at the time of booking.
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card payments, and online payments as specified.
If using insurance, clients are responsible for confirming coverage. We provide invoices for submission to insurers.
5. Insurance
Not all practitioners are registered with insurance companies, and registration varies between practitioners.
Coverage and reimbursement are subject to the client’s insurance policy terms.
Clients are responsible for any difference between insurer payout and clinic fees.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full treatment fee.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances.
7. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose relevant health information prior to treatment, including pregnancy, injuries, medications, and conditions.
Treatments are provided in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidance.
Clients accept that treatments involve physical manipulation and may carry inherent risks.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients must follow practitioner advice and treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
Clients should inform us of any discomfort or concerns during treatment.
The Loft Clinic is not responsible for adverse effects arising from non-disclosure of health information or failure to follow advice.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
We handle personal and health information in compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Clients consent to the collection, storage, and use of personal data for treatment, administrative purposes, insurance processing, and limited marketing (if opted in).
