Antonia Adeniji

Antonia began her clinical practice in 1996 after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine. Since then, she has continually expanded her skill set through a wide range of continuing professional development programmes. In addition to her osteopathic training, Antonia is qualified in Clinical Pilates and Medical Acupuncture, which allows her to offer a well-rounded and adaptable approach to care. Her aim is to help people move out of chronic pain and back into functional movement, without relying solely on hands-on treatment


Antonia trained in the Mummy MOT in 2016 alongside women’s health physiotherapists and has a strong interest in supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period. She is passionate about helping mothers navigate the physical and emotional shifts that occur before and after birth, offering informed, compassionate care during this important life stage.
