Ben Bridger BSc(chiro)Hons
Ben studied for five years at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, where he developed a strong foundation in this gentle yet highly effective approach to chiropractic care. During his time there, he gained a deep appreciation for how subtle, precise adjustments can have a powerful impact on the body’s alignment, function, and overall wellbeing.
Since qualifying, Ben has worked with a wide range of clients in clinical practice, treating people of all ages and backgrounds. Through this experience, he has witnessed firsthand the many ways McTimoney Chiropractic can support the body in reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing general health. He also regularly treats his own family, including his children, who have benefitted from McTimoney care from an early age—something he believes sets them up for healthier movement patterns and greater resilience as they grow.
Ben is deeply passionate about the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right support. He views McTimoney Chiropractic as more than just a method for addressing pain—it’s a way of helping the body return to balance and function at its best. Whether working with someone in chronic discomfort or simply helping them maintain optimal health, Ben brings a caring, considered approach to every treatment. He is committed to ongoing learning and strives to create a supportive, empowering experience for each of his clients.
