What is TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)?

What is a Mummy MOT?

A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal assessment offered by qualified practitioners. It includes a thorough check of your pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, posture and functional movement. You will receive a tailored recovery plan to help you safely return to activity after childbirth.

Can men and non-postnatal clients access your services?

Yes. While we offer services such as the Mummy MOT for postnatal clients, our treatments are suitable for adults of all genders and life stages. Whether you are seeking support for pain, stress, mobility or overall wellbeing, we are here to help.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No GP referral is needed to access care at The Loft Clinic. You can contact us directly to enquire about any treatment. If required, we are happy to work alongside your GP or other healthcare professionals.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Depending on the treatment, you may be asked to remove certain items of clothing, but your privacy will always be respected.

How do I pay for treatments?

We accept card and contactless payments at the clinic. Some practitioners may also accept bank transfers. Please enquire in advance if you have specific payment preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
