Innes Cooke
Osteopath
Innes graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2024 with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and a Naturopathic diploma and has been working at Islington Osteopathy Clinic ever since.
Innes’s journey into health and osteopathy started through his own experiences with osteopaths as he followed his international archery goals. During his years of competition, Innes regularly consulted both physiotherapists and osteopaths to recover from injury and improve his performance. This gave him a first-hand understanding of the substantial well-being and physical impacts that osteopathy can provide within sports and during our everyday lives.
Innes helps individuals with all types of musculoskeletal issues with a kind and understanding approach. He puts a large emphasis on helping his patients achieve better health and recovery. Innes has been on his own health and recovery journey with a particular interest in endurance sports, such as cycling. He personally experienced many different approaches to treatment during extended bike rides, such as the 1300km (800 miles) he cycled back to his hometown in Switzerland.
Innes’s osteopathic mantra is “There are no wrong movements, only those we are not yet ready for”
