TCM and Five Element Acupuncturist

Saga Lynd graduated with First Class Honours from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, where her training combined Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element acupuncture with a modern understanding of anatomy, physiology and current clinical research. Studying both traditions gave her a broad foundation, allowing her to take a considered and individualised approach to treatment.

Saga is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of professional practice, patient safety and continuing professional development.

Saga believes that traditional acupuncture has an important place in modern life. Whether someone is living with pain, recovering from burnout or simply looking to invest in their long-term health, treatment is always tailored to the individual. Her appointments are calm and unhurried, creating the space to listen carefully and treat thoughtfully.

Patients seek acupuncture for a wide range of concerns, including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, stress, fatigue, sleep, digestion and women’s health. Alongside acupuncture, Saga also incorporates cupping and gua sha where they may enhance treatment.
